To use this create a spool request for the print and then goto se38 then execute program rstxpdft4 then enter spool no. in the page setup tab, enter the page settings. go to me9f, print the po and get the spool request number. in my company we r using z script and standard report for po print, but now my requirement is that we want to save a copy of print out as pdf on sap print po to pdf desktop when ever new po is created. or get the spool request number from sp01. go to se38, give rstxpdft4 in the program and execute, give the spool number here, and save it in a destination. use the sap standard report rstxpdft4 to create a pdf version of any sap report output. define condition records for neu output type in transaction mn04 - this will propose outputs in the future documents which meet the defined criteria please try and reward points if it helps you rgds add a comment.
